I’m your personal Birth & Postpartum Journey Navigator.
I help pregnant people feel confident preparing for birth, so they can bring their baby into the world in a way that feels right for them. I also guide parents through the postpartum period and the rest of their parenting journey—because thriving (not just surviving) is possible.
Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating feeding struggles, or looking for a holistic approach to tongue tie, I offer expert, compassionate support tailored to you.

→ As a mother of three, I know firsthand what it’s like to navigate birth and parenthood. I combine lived experience with years of research to bring you the support I wish I’d had.

Pregnancy Support
Pregnancy is an incredible journey, but it can also feel overwhelming—especially when you’re navigating all the advice, choices, and emotions that come with it. I’m here to help you feel confident, informed, and empowered every step of the way.
I work with expectant parents through in-person workshops, online courses, and 1:1 services. Together we’ll ensure that you feel confident preparing for birth and empowered to make the decisions that are right for you and your family.
You don’t have to do this alone. Whether you’re looking for guidance on preparing for labour, support in making decisions, or simply a community of like-minded parents, I’m here to help you feel strong and supported as you prepare to meet your baby.

Postpartum Support
The early days of parenting can be a blur of exhaustion, uncertainty, and big emotions. But you don’t have to do it alone. I provide guidance so you can:
→ Feel confident in feeding (breast/ chest, bottle, or combination)
→ Recover well and prioritise your own healing
→ Navigate the emotional ups and downs with practical strategies and support

Holistic Tongue Tie Support
If your baby is struggling with feeding, reflux, colic, or discomfort, tongue tie could be the culprit. My approach ensures:
→ A comprehensive assessment, focusing on full tongue function—not just appearance
→ Performing of tongue tie division, when required
→ Pre- and post-division support to prevent reattachment / scar tissue challenges and optimise results
→ The aim will always be full tongue function and relief of struggles with comprehensive follow up(s) to achieve this (no “snip the tongue tie and off you go with a leaflet!”)

Yoga
I specialise in yoga for women and folks with uteruses. Including pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and menopause support. Yoga is about about connecting with your body and your breath. Building strength and flexibility, in your own way, at your own pace. It’s a fantastic stress buster. And a great way to care for yourself.
The cost of not looking after ourselves can be catastrophic, leading to ill health both short term and sometimes life long.
Take time out of your week to unwind and relax. Take time for just you.
