Where do the in person classes take place?
Both pregnancy yoga and hypnobirhting courses take place at
Eastergate Village Hall, Barnham Road,
Eastergate
Chichester
West Sussex
PO20 3RP
Do I have to use the classes consecutively if I buy a 5 class block?
No. You have up to 7 weeks to use the block. Ensuring you have flexibility.
When you purchase the block, it will show you the expiry date so you can be sure to use your classes before then.
Do I need yoga experience to take part/ enjoy classes?
Most people who attend my classes have never done any yoga before, so you’ll be in good company.
It’s more about moving and breathing in a way that feels good for your changing body, whilst preparing for birth.
Do I need my own equipment?
No. Mats and blocks are provided.
Just bring a pillow and blanket with you. I always have spares if needed.
