and your breath. Building strength and flexibility, in your own way,

The cost of not looking after ourselves can be catastrophic,

leading to ill health both short term and sometimes life long.

FAQ

You’ll be in good company. Most people who attend my classes have never done yoga before. And it absolutely doesn’t matter if you’re not flexible. Yoga is for every BODY, so I teach in a way that can work for anyone and everyone.

Online:

If you have a mat and block feel free to use them, alternatively you may just practice on carpet or use a towel. You can use a folded pillow instead of a block.

Have a pillow, blanket and drink to hand also.
