Prenatal yoga is very safe and a great way to keep active in pregnancy.
It’s more about moving, stretching, and breathing in a way that feels good
for your changing body and mind.

If you’re not local, go check out our online offerings, where you’ll find weekly digital classes.
Pregnancy yoga can ease common pregnancy challenges such as sciatica,
backache and heartburn. Everything can be safely adjusted for SPD
or pelvic girdle pain (PGP), as well as possibly bringing some much needed relief.
We practice movements and breath work that can be incredibly useful in labour
and birth, as well as postnatally.
The more we practice these techniques in pregnancy,
the easier they will come to you when you need them
to birth your baby.
Sleep is often a challenge in pregnancy,
clients frequently mention how good a sleep
they have the night after a class.
