My roots are in healthcare, with over two decades of clinical experience. I became a registered nurse in 2007, and since then my journey has led me deeper - into birth education, nervous system support, and real, human-centred care.
Since 2019, I’ve supported birthing people as a FEDANT-approved antenatal educator, hypnobirthing teacher, and pregnancy yoga facilitator—guiding people back to their instincts, their nervous systems, and their birth power.
I’ve birthed three children of my own, naturally - and I wish I’d had the knowledge, support, and tools I now offer inside this programme.
