I’m Candy Elsbeth, founder of Nourishing Birth and Beyond, and I’m here to help you cut through the noise and come back to what matters:

Feeling calm, capable, and confident as you prepare to birth your baby in a way that feels right for you.

I offer realistic, honest, and supportive pregnancy education that helps you understand how birth works and what you can do to feel confident and in control. I work with my clients 1:1 as well as through in-person classes, and online courses.

My approach is bespoke to every family because your bodies, beliefs, needs, and preferences are unique and so your approach to birth should be, too.

You won’t find any cookie-cutter advice or “just breathe through it” here. I bring together:

Birth Tools Workshop:Jam packed with  practical, yet easy to implement tools and techniques to not only cope with contractions, but also help  birth to progress (faster labour did you say?), this half day, in person workshop is exactly what you need to feel equipped and ready to birth your baby safely.

Rooted In Birth: My signature 3 step framework includes Birth Foundations (you’ll get to learn how birth and your body works), Calm Birth Techniques (tools and techniques, including hypnobirthing, to support your body to birth your baby naturally and safely, and how to utilise these tools if medical intervention is needed), Birthing on Your Terms (navigating the maternity system & understanding the importance of this, so that you can birth your way; know what questions to ask, how to make decisions and how to advocate for yourself). This 6 module digital course allows you the flexibility to go at your own pace, from the comfort of your own home, with the option of live support. 

1:1 Packages: I offer personalised 1:1 virtual support designed to guide you through your final weeks of pregnancy with confidence and calm.
