Episode 34: 3 Easy Ways to Reduce Pain in Labour

In this episode of the Nourishing Birth and Beyond Podcast I provide a detailed discussion on three methods to alleviate labour pain: using a TENS machine, which interrupts pain signals with a tingling sensation; practicing controlled breathing to reduce stress and support hormone balance; and incorporating movement to aid labour progression and comfort.
